E0043 Stainless Steel Floor Mount Newel Post with Railing Support

The E0043 Stainless Steel Floor Mount Newel Post with Railing Support is 39-3/8" tall. It has a 3-7/8" welded bottom flange and a pivotable handrail support ready for your new handrail. It can be mounted on a stair tread, cap, landing or balcony.

• Available for interior and exterior use
• 39-3/8" Height - Satin/Brushed finish
  
• 1" space between bracket and post
• 1-5/8" diameter (42.4mm) - Thickness: 16 gauge
• 3-7/8" welded bottom flange
• Flange has three 5/16" mounting holes
• Flange cover "Canopy - E020" (sold separately)

Posts are supplied with open top for you to add the End Cap required for your project.

Caution: It is critical that the newel is attached securely in order for the staircase to comply with local building codes.
